Tittarelli owns two wineries, La Libertad, devoted to the production of White wine and young red wine, both of great excellence, and El Retiro, where they produce “super premium” red wine. Besides, the extra virgin olive oil factory.
Production Infrastructure
* La Libertad Winery: Devoted to the production of white, red and bubbly wines, with state of the art technology.
It is equipped with:
•Elite 100 pneumatic vat for peculiar maceration in stainless steel.
•Pneumatic press with state of the art technology.
•Modern advanced plant.
* El Retiro Winery: Devoted to the production of high quality red wines. It has two big epoxy presses, stainless steel roller mills, where we work with hydraulic presses, in the same way as the famous French Chateaux.
Always respecting the characteristics of each type of grape and the region, to transmit them to the wines.

Capacity: 11.000.000 liters.
6 Stainless Steel tanks, with 16.000 liters storage capacity each, and the rest in epoxy cement vessels.
It also has French oak barrels for the ageing of its “Ultra Premium” wines.
Rammer Capacity: 800,000 bottles in underground cellars.
