Elaboration
The olive oil production plant, as well as the one destined to the preparation of pickled olives, are located in Rivadavia, Mendoza. The elaboration is made through a three phase continuous system. The factory has an extraction room, a filtering room, pickling and fractioning.
The product is fractioned in one and a half liter cans and in glass bottles.
Tittarelli produces only Extra Virgin quality olive oil. The main varieties processed are: Farga, Arbequina, Frantoio, Nevadillo, Empeltre and Manzanilla Chica.
