Elaborated with grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon variety (100%), grown in our own vineyards located in the south area of Rivadavia, Mendoza , Argentina.
The harvest is done manually at the end of March, determined by the tasting of the grapes. Hydric stress is used to favor the complete ripeness of the grapes with an
important development in aroma.
Vinification is done through the milling without stalks and fermentation with selected yeast and a maceration period of 21 days.
Intense red, of complex and wide aroma, hints of smoke, leather and black pepper come out. Well built mouth, supported by balanced tannins, fleshy and long. It is a wine of breed. |

Elaborated with grapes of Malbec variety (100 %), grown in our own vineyards located in the south area of Rivadavia, Mendoza , Argentina .
The harvest is done manually during the first fortnight of April, determined by the tasting of the grapes which must be in perfect state of ripeness and health.
Vinification is done through the milling without stalks and fermentation with native yeast and a maceration period of 21 days.
Ageing is done in new French oak barrels from Taransaud, in a proportion of 25 % of the blend.
Deep red, it presents red fruits, spice and mint notes to the palate, which show its nose expression and intensity. Its marked personality makes it ideal for the Argentinean cuisine. |

This wine is elaborated with special oenological care particularly considering the grape’s potential and its habitat.
Purple color, fruity, with notes of tobacco and hazelnut. Excellent tannic structure. and surprising mouth volume. It is a wine of great longevity. |

Vinification is done through the milling without stalks and fermentation with selected yeast, and maceration period of 28 days.
Purple red. Sharp, its aroma presents cherries in alcohol, nuts and mild spices to the nose.
In the mouth, sweet tannins caress the palate and make Syrah an aromatic and balanced wine |

Elaborated with grapes of Bonarda variety (100%), of italian origin, grown in our own vineyards located in the south area of Rivadavia, Mendoza , Argentina . Harvested manually, on the first week of April. With the optimal ripeness of the grapes and an excellent health.
Vinification is done through the milling without stalks and fermentation with native yeast, with a maceration period of 21 days.
Deep red with some ruby shimmers. Red fruits, mint, spices and some leather nose.
Mild and covering tannins, where ripe fruit stands out. Very well balanced wine.

Elaborated with grapes of Chardonnay variety (100%), grown in our own vineyards located in the south area of Rivadavia, Mendoza, Argentina, harvested manually during the first fortnight of February, with optimal ripeness and excellent health.
Fermented with selected yeast and aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Yellow with greenish shimmers. Tropical nose with notes of vanilla, honey and toast.
Fruity and smooth to the palate. Special and distinguished, very good varietal behavior. Elaborated carefully in pursuit of its outstanding virtues.

Vinification is done through the milling without stalks and fermentation with selected yeast.
Yellow with silver shimmers. Clean, fresh and delicate. Notes of peach and white flowers appear to the nose. To the mouth it has a vivacious acidity and good concentration.
